Elias Okeze College of Nursing Sciences Umualor was conceived as a dynamic agent of change in this part of the world. We have continually witnessed the increasing need for quality healthcare services development in the world in recent years, this has brought about the need for a World Class College of Nursing Sciences which will train and certify qualified Nurses, Midwives, and Public Health Nurses.

Our National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing Program has been designed to allow for seamless academic progression of graduates along the already existing system of Education in the Country.

We also take cognizance of the new scheme of service for Nurses in Nigeria as approved by the National Council of Establishment in 2016.
